About The Baylin: http://johncannonhomes.com/home/baylin
Inspired by the laid-back California lifestyle, the Baylin’s many windows fill the house upstairs and down with a welcoming light that lends it a casual-contemporary feel. Of course, there’s nothing casual about the detailed craftsmanship or state-of-the-art technologies and appliances that make this a Cannon classic. A customized one-floor option is available.
Three generations of family gather for a visit. With everyone comfortably settled in their guest room and dinner devoured on the lanai, the men playing poker in the game room, the women, feet dangling in the spa, recommend recent reads to one another, while the children, almost too quiet, play in the media room. All’s well.
Soak in the Splendor
The soaking tub beside the large walk-in shower is framed by custom mosaic tile and nestled beneath a large window that allows you to luxuriate in the beauty of the garden by day and the stars by night. It’s just down the hall from the master suite, past a space for linens and an oversized walk-in closet.
Dreams Are Made of This
The stunning bay window, the private door to the lanai, and the exacting craftsmanship of the master suite’s tray ceiling are typical of the attention to detail you’ll find everywhere in The Baylin, from the first floor’s second en-suite bedroom to the inlaid wood stairs leading to the second floor’s two guest bedrooms. And so to all, a good night.

It Began with a Vision
Since its founding in 1987 John Cannon Homes has established itself as Southwest Florida’s premier designer and builder of luxury custom homes.
It began after John graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from Michigan State University and went to work for a national builder. His dream was to design and build homes under his own name. It was a dream he’s never abandoned.
After striking out on his own, John and his wife Phillipa completed and sold their first home at Misty Creek in1990. The couple followed that success by quickly building three more homes and within a year, eight more. John Cannon Homes had firmly established itself.
Over the next twenty plus years, hard work and determination have enabled John to build over 1,150 luxury custom homes and to become the area’s leading custom builder of waterfront properties, having built more than 350. Today, John Cannon Homes can be found in more than 100 of Southwest Florida’s most prestigious communities.
John and Phillipa have stayed true to their original vision, continuing to oversee every aspect of their company’s operation
